NEW WORK AVAILABLE Wednesday, November 6, 12pm MT

  1. previews will be up TUESDAY evening so you can peruse with leisure—PLEASE LOOK CLOSELY AT ALL THE PHOTOS for size details and variations.

  2. if you don’t see the shop page, it’s because I’ve disabled it while I work on listings. (don’t worry! it’ll come back!)

  3. set up account prior to 12pm— in the past things tend to move quickly

  4. purchase your preferred item first (placing it in your cart does not save it until the purchase is completed and you receive a confirmation) and then go back and purchase the next item separately— If I can safely pack multiple items together, I will and then combine shipping and refund any overcharge.

  5. IF YOU MISS OUT this round, know that I’m blown away by the interest, and am always making more. I have no intentions to become a mass production studio any time soon, so it’s just going to be limited quantities as much as I can sanely produce. Thank you so much for trying!

  6. I AM GRATEFUL YOU ARE HERE!!! My heart goes into all of this, the pots, the glazes, the kiln maintenance, the web stuff, the social media, the photos, the shipping etc!! I love what I do and none of it would be possible without you.

  7. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!

Online releases:

This is where I offer all my new designs, ready to ship. The items shown in photos are the exact items you will receive. All pottery is available on a first come, first served basis. Items have been selling out very quickly, so it's best to view the items during the preview period (12 hours prior to going live) and arrive in the shop prior to the scheduled update time. Setting up an account ahead of time saves time when things are rushed. Unfortunately, putting an item in your cart does not reserve the item. You must complete checkout and you will receive an order confirmation when it’s been completed.

I’m not accepting custom orders at the moment. I do not offer holds or reserves.

Do you wholesale?

I am not able to offer my work for wholesale.

Shipping

All in stock items ship within 1-5 business days via USPS Priority mail with tracking. I insure most items and that price will be included in the shipping cost. The exception is for international orders, in which case there is often an additional shipping charge once I’ve weighed the box and calculated the shipping cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Some countries may require customs or duty tax please be aware of your country’s policies. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Also please note that once a package leaves my hands I am no longer responsible for it. I cannot be held accountable for packages lost in the mail.

Customs and import tax

Buyer is responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. I must put the item value on the customs slip. I am not responsible for any delivery delays caused by customs.

Damages

I do my best to pack each item carefully to ensure a safe arrival. Pottery is already fragile and sometimes things happen. If your item arrives broken please contact me immediately. Contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and the packaging to receive and refund/replacement.

Can I put my mug in the microwave?

If your mug has gold luster on it you should keep to out of the microwave and dishwasher. Mugs free of luster can be used in the microwave and dishwasher, but depending on your microwave they can become very hot—use caution!

Care

Pottery is fragile and should be handled delicately. Do your best to avoid thermal shock. I advise hand washing and not stacking your pieces. Gold luster is best cleaned with a soft sponge/cloth and absolutely nothing abrasive (no vigorous scrubbing even with a soft sponge!) Gold is a soft metal and will scratch very easily.

Returns/Exchanges

  • I do not offer exchanges or returns. Be sure to look at every listing photo! All pieces are photographed in bright natural light to depict the colors as accurately as possible. I choose not to edit the photos of product listings—so they are shown in the most realistic light.

  • Exterior glazes are often crackled. This is not a flaw, and will not affect the safe use or functionality of your piece as it is only on the exterior glaze. See care note above. Interior liner glazes are not crackled, and are completely food safe.
